Application :
The drag finishing system is specially designed for surface finishing of delicate components, parts with complex geometry and extremely hard materials. For examples medical machineries, turbine blades, precision compressor and pump parts, parts made from hard metals and materials, etc.
Feature :
Compared with mass typical vibratory finishing process drag finishing can provide up to 40 times higher gringing performance.
The components are attached to special fixtures and “Dragged” in a planetary movement through a bed of grinding or polishing media.
The component are individually attached onto fixtures and, therefore, cannot impinge on each other.
