Tornado Internal Pipe Blasting Tool uses a rotating blast head to provide efficient
abrasive blasting of internal pipe surfaces. The standard tool is suitable for blasting pipe sizes from
8” (200mm) ID to 36” (900mm) ID. An optional contractor head enables blasting of pipe up to 60”
(1525mm) ID.
– Rotation driven by blast air supply.
– Twin abrasive nozzle fittings.
– Thermoplastic sleeve.
– Spring loaded, dual sealing system.
– Bleed air venting prolongs tool life.
– Twin shoe speed limiter reduces vibration.
– Standard head fits 3/4” (19mm) fine thread nozzles.
– Optional contractor head fits 2” (50mm) contractor thread nozzles.
– Uses nozzle sizes from 1/4″ (6.4mm) to 3/8” (10mm).
– Three (3) carriage sizes available for various pipe diameters.
– Compatible with metallic and non-metallic abrasives.
